For its third edition, the Refugee Food Festival is coming to 14 different locations around the world mobilising hundreds of restaurants to open the doors of their kitchens to refugee chefs, helping to change perceptions on refugees and allowing people to discover new flavours and tastes. This year, the initiative, founded by the Food Sweet Food association with the support of the UN High Committee for Refugees (UNHCR), will make a stop at Refettorio Paris on 23rd June.
For the first time since its inauguration, Refettorio Paris will open to the public and welcome Syrian chef Mohammad Elkhaldy to cook in its kitchen. The menu will include: amuse-bouche, starter, main course and dessert.
